I didn’t plan to build a practice around energy healing, I came to it because I needed it myself.
Experiencing the effects of Reiki and IET® firsthand changed my understanding of what healing could look like, and that led me to train, then to teach, and facilitate personal healing sessions.
My approach is grounded and practical. I'm not here to mystify this work or make it feel inaccessible, I'm here to help real people through real things. That means I'm honest about what energy healing can and can't do, I don't take on clients I don't think I can help, and every session I offer is tailored to where you actually are, not a template.

HOW I CAME TO THIS WORK
My path to energy healing wasn't planned — it was personal. Like many people who find this work, I came to it because I needed it myself. I experienced the tangible effects of IET® and Reiki firsthand, and that experience changed my understanding of what healing could look like.
That led me to train. Then to teach. And eventually, to build a practice designed around the same principles that moved me: care, safety, and the belief that people are capable of more healing than they've been given space for.
MY APPROACH TO HEALING
I'm not here to mystify this work or make it feel inaccessible. Energy healing has real, documented benefits and it also requires a skilled, grounded practitioner who knows what they're doing and takes the responsibility seriously.
I am honest about what this work can and can’t do, and don’t take on clients I don’t think I can help. This means that every session I offer is tailored, not templated.
